Aestheteak shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the following reasons related to payment transactions:

• Lack of authorisations for any transaction(s)

• Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed upon between You and “Bank(s)”

• Any payment issues arising out of the transaction

• Decline of transaction for any other reason(s)

Accepted Forms of Payment

Aestheteak accepts various electronic payment methods, including but not limited to:

• Credit/Debit cards

• Third-party payment services

All payments for purchases/services on the Aestheteak website must be made in Indian National Rupees (INR) acceptable in the Republic of India. Transactions in other currencies are not facilitated for purchases on the website.

Payment Facility Disclaimer

Aestheteak's Payment Facility is not a banking or financial service but merely a facilitator providing an electronic and automated online payment facility. Aestheteak does not act as a trustee or in a fiduciary capacity with respect to transactions or the Transaction Price.

Upon initiating a transaction, you enter into a legally binding contract with Aestheteak or its affiliated vendors to purchase the product(s) or service(s) using our Payment Facility. You agree to pay the Transaction Price through your Issuing Bank to Aestheteak through the Payment Facility.

Additional or Hidden Fees

There are no hidden fees on purchases made at Aestheteak. We also do not charge any Shipping or Handling fee. Government taxes applicable on the coupon discount are included in the transaction fee paid by us.

Processing of Electronic Payments

All valid Credit/Debit cards and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure. The terms and conditions agreed between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company govern these transactions.

Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank, which supports the Payment Facility. These transactions are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.
